Job includes:
Driving vehicles (No CDL is required, but is valued)
Dragging brush (Can lift at least 50lbs)
Feeding the chipper
Raking
Operating loaders
Running rope for rigging
Required:
Value people
Integrity (Honest, trustworthy, dependable, show up on time, hardworking, etc.)
Positive attitude about work and life
Learner’s mindset. A willingness to grow and learn new things.
Willing to work 40+ hours a week (Overtime pays 1.5 times pay)
Valid driver’s license
Benefits:
Starting pay $18-$25 depending on work experience. It only goes up from there as you grow.
Paid major holidays (New year’s day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
Paid Time Off – 5 days after first year and 10 days after second year. Additional day per year up to total of 3 weeks PTO (15 days)
Retirement: 3% company matching IRA contributions (If you contribute 3% of your wage to the IRA, we’ll will match with 3%).
Company uniform and PPE provided.
Ways to grow at our company:
Become a Certified Arborist (We’ll help with the cost).
Learn to professionally climb trees with modern climbing gear and techniques.
Operate a bucket truck and other specialized equipment.
Identify tree species and potential issues they can face.
